Responsible for managing the end-to-end D2C website experience and operations , including website merchandising, product launches, promotions, CRO, A/B testing, performance tracking, and cross-functional execution to improve customer experience, conversion, and online business performance .
Website Merchandising & Customer Experience
• Own end-to-end website merchandising across Homepage, Collections, PLPs, PDPs and Landing Pages.
• Continuously optimize product discoverability, navigation and customer journeys to improve shopping experience.
• Ensure website content is accurate, relevant and aligned with ongoing business priorities.
• Benchmark leading D2C and ecommerce brands to continuously enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain a best-in-class digital storefront through thoughtful merchandising and attention to detail.

D2C Operations & Business Execution
• Own the day-to-day operational efficiency of the D2C website and app.
• Ensure all website updates are delivered with speed, accuracy and quality.





Identify opportunities to improve website conversion through continuous experimentation.
• Work with Design, Product and Tech teams to implement customer experience improvements.
• Stay updated with global ecommerce and D2C best practices to continuously improve website performance.

Business Insights & Execution Support
• Monitor key D2C business and website performance metrics.
• Prepare dashboards, reports and performance summaries to support business reviews.
• Track the impact of merchandising changes, CRO experiments and promotional campaigns.
• Surface trends, insights and operational observations to support data-backed decision making.
• Support the D2C Manager with analysis required for planning and execution.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Take ownership of execution from planning through successful implementation.
• Drive projects with an ownership mindset and solid attention to detail.
