Role Description The Manager – Founder’s Office is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for supporting the founder in strategic, operational, and cross-functional initiatives. This position involves conducting market and business research, preparing reports and presentations, and tracking key projects and performance metrics. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling special projects, creating high-quality business documents, assisting in decision-making through data analysis, and managing calendars, meetings, and follow-ups. Solid analytical and research skills, including the ability to interpret data, prepare insights, and support strategic decision-making.
Excellent communication and business writing skills, with experience in creating presentations, reports, and executive-level documentation.
Project management and organizational skills, including planning, prioritization, stakeholder coordination, and deadline management.
Business acumen and problem-solving capabilities, with comfort working across functions such as operations, marketing, and finance.
MS Office or Google Workspace) and familiarity with data and collaboration platforms.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, management, economics, or a related field; prior experience in founder’s office, consulting, or a high-growth startup is an advantage.
