8+ years of experience in Project / Delivery Management, preferably within Banking / Financial Services.
Location : Delhi/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Pune/Mumbai
Key Requirements
- Strong experience in Payments, Cards, and/or Operations Transformation.
- Experience managing large-scale transformation programs and multiple workstreams.
- Strong hands-on experience in project governance, including PSCs, Working Groups, governance cadences, RAID management, and status reporting.
- Experience with financial management, budgeting, investment/business cases, and perks tracking.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle and Delivery Manager responsibilities across each stage.
- Agile experience of 2+ years.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Clarity and project reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders across business, operations, and technology.
