About the Role

We are looking for a Senior-Middleweight Performance & Digital Designer to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role focused on creating high-performing digital creative across paid social, ecommerce, email, and website channels. You’ll sit at the intersection of creative and performance, using insights and learnings to develop stronger ideas, sharper storytelling, and creative that drives both engagement and conversion.

You’ll work across international markets and collaborate closely with the Ecommerce, Marketing, and Growth teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Own digital creative production across ecommerce, website, email, Meta, TikTok, and other digital channels.

* Create high-quality digital assets that are both on-brand and performance-led.

* Manage multiple briefs simultaneously and deliver high-quality work at speed.

* Adapt creative for different audiences, markets, and digital platforms.

* Develop creative concepts with strong attention to layout, typography, storytelling, and detail.

* Explore, test, and build AI-powered creative workflows to produce content efficiently and at scale.

* Brief and coordinate freelancers or additional creative resources when required.

* Work closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, and Growth teams to ensure creative supports commercial priorities.

* Maintain consistent application of brand guidelines across all creative output.





* Contribute to a test-and-learn culture by continuously iterating and improving performance creative.

* Manage and maintain an organised library of paid social assets.

* Repurpose and refresh existing UGC, founder content, and studio assets for paid social.

* Support creative planning and influence content requirements for future brand shoots.

Preferred Skills & Experience

* 3–5 years of experience creating performance-led digital creative across ecommerce, Meta, email, TikTok, or similar channels.

* Experience working within an FMCG, DTC, ecommerce, or fast-moving consumer brand environment is preferred.

* Strong design and craft skills, particularly in layout, typography, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.

* Strong understanding of what makes digital creative engaging and conversion-focused.

* A highly creative thinker with strong visual taste and commercial awareness.

* Comfortable working across multiple briefs in a fast-paced environment.

* Able to balance speed and efficiency without compromising creative quality.

* Strong understanding of digital and performance creative principles.

* Hands-on experience using AI tools for creative content generation and enhancement is essential.

* Curious and enthusiastic about emerging AI technologies and their application within creative workflows.
