Key Responsibilities Raw & Packaging Material Quality: Inspect incoming durum wheat semolina, water, additives, and packaging materials to ensure they match internal standards .In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): Monitor critical control points during mixing, extrusion, drying, and cooling (., moisture content, cooking time, breaking rate, and strand uniformity).Food Safety & Compliance: Maintain systems like HACCP, GMP, GHP, and ISO / FSSC , ensuring complete alignment with local food authorities. Finished Goods Release: Conduct physical, visual, and analytical testing on finished pasta before approving batches for market dispatch .Audits & Documentation: Lead internal/external quality audits, maintain accurate lab records, and manage traceability documentation.



Team Leadership & Training: Supervise shift quality controllers and lab analysts, providing continuous training on safety, hygiene, and testing protocols .Requirements & Qualifications Education: Bachelor
