Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support our US staffing business, with a strong focus on VMS/MSP programs, Implementation Partners, and System Integrators. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in W2/Full-time hiring and the ability to deliver high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.

Work Timing: CST time zone

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle for contract, W2, and full-time roles
- Work extensively on VMS/MSP requirements, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with client guidelines
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates across a wide range of IT and technical roles
- Partner with Implementation Partners, System Integrators (SIs), and Tier-1 vendors to fulfill requirements
- Ensure high-quality submissions aligned with job requirements, rate expectations, and client compliance standards
- Maintain strong pipelines using job portals, passive networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes with candidates and clients
- Validate work authorization and U.S. immigration status (H-1 B, GC, USC, OPT, etc.).




- Maintain accurate records in ATS and ensure data integrity and reporting
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly submission targets and performance metrics

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in US IT staffing/recruitment
- Must have hiring and sourcing experience on LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Recruiter certification would be preferred.
- Robust experience in passive hiring for both contract staffing and W2/full-time hiring
- Hands-on experience working with VMS/MSP platforms (e.g., Beeline, Fieldglass, IQNavigator)
- Proven experience supporting Implementation Partners and System Integrators (Accenture, TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, etc.)
- Solid understanding of U.S. work authorization types and visa classifications
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in US time zones and handle fast-paced requirements

Note: Job location: Remote (Candidates must have a proper broadband connection and personal laptop or Desktop setup at home.)
