Role Description

- We are hiring a UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of experience in designing modern web applications, SaaS platforms, enterprise dashboards, mobile applications, customer portals, admin panels, and digital products.
n
- The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, UX flows, design systems, responsive design, usability improvement, and collaboration with product and development teams.
n
- This role is suitable for someone who can understand business requirements, convert them into clean user journeys, create beautiful and practical designs, and work closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Design user-friendly web and mobile interfaces for SaaS products, enterprise applications, dashboards, customer portals, admin panels, and internal tools.
n
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, design systems, and high-fidelity UI screens.
n
- Work closely with product managers, business teams, developers, QA teams, and leadership to understand requirements and convert them into practical designs.
n
- Improve user experience by simplifying complex workflows, reducing friction, and making applications easy to use.
n
- Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
n
- Design reusable UI components, style guides, and design libraries.
n
- Conduct usability reviews and improve existing product screens.
n
- Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
n
- Maintain consistency in colors,



typography, spacing, components, and overall visual language.
n
- Review implemented screens and provide feedback to development teams.
n
- Understand user pain points and suggest better design solutions.
n
- Support product demos, client presentations, and design walkthroughs when required.
n
- Take ownership of design quality, usability, consistency, and user experience.

Qualifications

- Experience designing dashboards, admin panels, customer portals, enterprise applications, or SaaS products.
n




- Good understanding of UX principles, user flows, usability, responsive design, and design consistency.
n
- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into clean and practical designs.
n
- Experience working with developers and providing proper design handoff.
n
- Strong visual design sense including typography, spacing, colors, layout, and component design.
n
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks and take ownership of design delivery.
n
- Good communication, creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
n
- A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
