Role Description:

We are looking to hire a Jr. Architect in a full-time position based in Mumbai who will will support our Regulatory teams in ensuring that Architectural proposals comply with local building codes. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Preparing regulatory drawings and documents
n
2. Obtaining remarks & NOC's from regulatory authorities,
n
3. Preparing compliance reports,
n
4. Discussing drawings with approving authorities like MCGM, CIDCO, MSRTC, TMC, etc.

This position is well suited for candidates with 1–2 years of experience seeking to deepen their knowledge in regulatory aspects of architecture within complex, multi-sector projects.

Qualifications:

n

n
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution; qualified registration or progress toward registration is an advantage.
n
- Knowledge of DCPR 2034/ UDCPR,
n
- Working knowledge of relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) and ability to learn new design or documentation platforms as needed.
n
- 1–2 years of experience in architectural practice,



preferably with exposure to compliance, permitting, or large-scale projects.
n
- Solid analytical and documentation skills, attention to detail, and capacity to interpret building codes and regulations.
n
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse project stakeholders on-site in Mumbai.
