Trill Route School of Contemporary Music is hiring a full-time Western Vocal Teacher / Vocal Coach for our faculty team in Bengaluru.

n

n

We’re looking for a vocalist who cares about teaching, enjoys meaningful student progress and helping musicians develop over the long term.

n

n

RESPONSIBILITIES

n

n
- Teach Western vocals to beginners and advancing students
n
- Train students in vocal technique, breathing, tone, control, projection and musical expression
n
- Develop students’ skills in harmony, ear training and musicianship
n
- Prepare students for recitals, studio recordings and Trinity/RSL grade examinations
n
- Plan structured lessons and track student progress regularly
n
- Work with our academic and operations teams to support consistent learning outcomes
n
- Create an encouraging, engaging and well-managed classroom environment
n
- Uphold Trill Route’s teaching standards and student-first approach
n

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

n

- Proficiency in Western vocal technique and performance
n
- A sound understanding of Western vocal pedagogy
n
- Ability to teach harmony,



ear training and general musicianship
n
- Familiarity with Trinity, RSL or similar graded examination syllabi
n
- Transparent communication and an encouraging teaching style
n
- Reliability, professionalism and commitment to student development
n
- Willingness to work full-time from our Indiranagar centre
n
- Prior teaching experience is preferred
