About the role:
Associate,
Talent Acquisition will own full cycle recruiting for targeted job families in the business. This role would drive the cause of hiring exceptional talent at the right time & cost by effectively leveraging a mix of
talent-sourcing channels.
What you’ll
do:
- Responsible for delivering high quality candidates, while guiding
hiring managers and candidates
through the selection process in an expedient manner.
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and recommending qualified
candidates for assigned requisitions.
- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with managers and
business leaders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and
implementation.
- Actively develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future
business needs.
- Utilize creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies
- Stay informed of trends and creative recruiting/interviewing
techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruitin
