Supervisors (Insulation/Cladding)

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise daily insulation and cladding activities at site

· Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards

· Coordinate with engineers, QA/QC, and client representatives

· Manage workforce allocation and productivity

· Monitor material usage and avoid wastage

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and permit systems

Requirements:

· Diploma/ITI with relevant experience

· 5–10 years of experience in insulation/cladding works

· Strong leadership and communication skills

Assistants / Helpers





Key Responsibilities:

· Assist insulators, cladders, and fabricators in daily tasks

· Handle materials, tools, and site housekeeping

· Support loading/unloading and preparation work

· Follow safety instructions at all times

Requirements:

· Basic experience in construction/fabrication yard preferred

· Willingness to work in a team and physically demanding workplace

General Requirements (All Categories):

· Experience in Modular Fabrication Yard / Oil & Gas / Shipyard preferred

· Mandatory adherence to safety standards (PPE, work permits, etc.)

· Ability to work in shifts and meet project deadlines
