Responsibilities:
- Provide front‑line and
escalation support for assigned applications, including working papers, tax
software, cloud solutions, enterprise platforms, or internally developed tools.
- Assess incoming requests,
determine root cause, and resolve or escalate issues promptly to development
teams, product owners, or third‑party vendors as required.
- Build trust with internal users
through professionalism, responsiveness, and clearly communicated solutions.
- Document troubleshooting step
