Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face counselling sessions
Maintain accurate records in CRM / lead management systems
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
Any 6 months or more of experience in education counselling, admissions, or sales
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Knowledge of English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred
