Rocket Health Is Hiring: Fitness Coach

Remote | Full-Time | ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month

Rocket Health is a customised, doctor-supported holistic health platform built to help men address the underlying factors associated with erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation through personalised roadmaps, dedicated one-on-one guidance, and continuous accountability.
We are looking for a knowledgeable, empathetic, and motivated Fitness Coach who understands the role of physical fitness, movement, lifestyle, and overall wellbeing in men's health.
This is not a traditional personal training-only position. The selected candidate will support clients through personalised fitness guidance while becoming an important part of Rocket Health's client transformation journey.

Qualifications

Certification in Personal Training, Fitness Coaching, Exercise Science, Sports Science, or a related field
Strong understanding of exercise, strength training, mobility, cardiovascular fitness, and lifestyle management
Understanding of how fitness and physical activity contribute to overall men's health and wellbeing
Previous experience in one-on-one fitness coaching is preferred
Freshers with excellent knowledge, communication skills, and a strong understanding of fitness principles may also apply

Key Responsibilities

Create personalised fitness and movement plans using Rocket Health's protocols
Conduct one-on-one fitness consultations and regular client check-ins
Guide clients on exercise routines, movement, mobility, and physical activity




Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support and accountability
Answer client queries and provide support through WhatsApp or Telegram
Coordinate with doctors, nutritionists, and other professionals when required
Explain fitness and lifestyle concepts in simple, practical language
Modify fitness plans based on client progress and requirements
Maintain organised client records and progress logs
Maintain client data and work logs using Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs

Additional Requirements

Excellent English and Hindi/Hinglish communication skills
Empathetic, mature, and non-judgemental approach
Comfortable professionally discussing sensitive men's health concerns
Ability to motivate and build solid relationships with clients
Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
Comfortable managing multiple clients and responsibilities
Willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Reliable internet connection, functioning laptop, and a suitable setup for video consultations
