POSITION SUMMARY

n

We are seeking a motivated Architect – Interior Designer with expertise in office and workplace interior design, and a passion for designing spaces aligned with WELL certification standards. This role carries end-to-end responsibility for interior design development — from conceptualization through execution — including cost and budget integration, stakeholder coordination, and the seamless integration of wellness and sustainability principles. The ideal candidate has a flair for creating cutting-edge, collaborative, and futuristic spaces that inspire their intended purpose while breaking away from conventional design.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

n

Interior Design & Space Planning

n

● Develop cohesive, functional, and innovative interior designs for diverse mixed-use environments, including office spaces and collaborative hubs,



in line with national and international standards and client-specific guidelines.

n

● Create interactive and collaborative spaces with futuristic designs that encourage innovation, teamwork, and productivity.

n

● Ensure spatial planning and material selections reflect a balance between aesthetics, functionality, cost projection, and the specific intent of the space.

n

Sustainable & Wellness-Focused Design

n

● Leverage knowledge of LEED and WELL certifications to design health-centred, environmentally sustainable interiors.

n

● Select materials, finishes, and systems that promote occupant wellness, energy efficiency, and environmental responsibility.

n

End-to-End Design Development

n

● Lead the design development process, including preparing detailed drawings, specifications, room books, BOQs, and design documentation.

n

● Handle vendor coordination, address site queries, and provide technical resolutions during construction.

n

● Manage and track variations, addressing changes while maintaining the integrity of the design intent.

n

Client Engagement & Collaboration

n

● Engage closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their unique requirements and translate them into tailored, innovative designs.

n

● Present design concepts, material boards, and technical drawings effectively to gain client buy-in.

n

● Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including MEP, structural, and construction teams, to ensure smooth execution.

Innovation & Differentiation in Design

n

● Bring creativity and bandwidth to explore variations in conceptual designs, ensuring each project is distinct and free from monotony.

n

● Focus on creating designs that align with the intent of fostering collaboration, innovation, and interaction among occupants.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

n

Education

n

● Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design / Master's degree or equivalent specialization is a plus.

n

Experience

n

● 7–10 years of experience in interior designing, with a portfolio showcasing innovative and sustainable designs for office spaces, collaborative hubs, or mixed-use developments.

● Proficiency in design tools: AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp, Lumion, and rendering software.
