Job Description

Colliers is looking for a seasoned real estate professional to lead the origination, structuring, and execution of high-impact transactions across the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will advise developers and investors on fundraising,



land and asset acquisitions, divestments, and strategic financial solutions across the real estate business cycle. The role involves deep market engagement, strong client relationships, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Advisory
- Engage with real estate developers and investors to understand their business strategies, expansion plans, and capital requirements.
- Advise clients on strategic solutions, including:
- Fundraising across various structures
- Acquisition of land parcels and completed assets
- Divestment of land and income-generating assets
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.

Deal Origination & Execution
- Originate transactions including:
- Land acquisition
- Project fundraising / capital raising
- Investment sales
- Structured real estate deals
- Secure mandates and lead end-to-end transaction exe
