We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth for IT hardware, networking, and cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, enterprise selling, channel development, client acquisition, and solution-based selling.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for IT Hardware, Networking & Cybersecurity solutions
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire enterprise / corporate clients
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
- Develop channel partners, dealers, resellers, and system integrators
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions
- Drive sales of servers, networking products, cybersecurity solutions, endpoint security, firewalls, and related IT infrastructure
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and order closure
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations,



and solution discussions
- Coordinate with technical/pre-sales teams for solution design and demos
- Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and new technology products
- Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, forecasts, and MIS reports
- Develop strategic accounts and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
