Ad Operations Executive - Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and performance-driven Ad Operations Executive to manage the end-to-end execution, optimization, and delivery of digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless campaign operations, maximizing delivery efficiency, and maintaining high client satisfaction.

Ensure campaigns are launched on time with accurate targeting, creatives, and tracking in place
· Monitor delivery, pacing, and performance to meet campaign KPIs
Ad Trafficking & Quality Assurance
· Execute ad trafficking using platforms like Google Ad Manager
· Perform thorough QA of media plans, creatives, and ad tags before launch
· Analyze campaign performance and proactively optimize for better delivery and engagement
· Ensure timely communication on campaign status, delays, and performance insights
Generate detailed campaign performance reports with actionable insights
· commitments and highlight risks proactively
· 1–2 years of experience in Ad Operations, preferably with a publisher or digital media company
· Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (mandatory)
· Familiarity with third-party trackers, HTML tags, and basic troubleshooting




· Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
· No requirement for experience in performance marketing platforms such as Meta Ads or Google Search Ads

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)
· Experience with SSPs, DSPs, or programmatic platforms
· Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or troubleshooting tools like browser console
· Chance to work on high-scale brand campaigns
· Exposure to fast-growing digital media ecosystem
