About the Role

n

This role requires a result oriented experienced admission professional who is capable of working with a high level of convincing ability to successfully implement SWS’s admission efforts in Panchkula. Major responsibilities include conversion from leads to admissions, extensive follow-up activities, understanding the education model and pitching it after understanding parent's needs, interviewing prospective students, determining admission decisions and assisting with on-campus/off-campus admission events.

Minimum Qualifications

n

1.



Bachelor’s degree.

n

2. 3 years plus counseling or sales expertise in any industry.

n

3. Evidence of excellent persuasion, organizational and customer service skills.

n

4. Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with parents and children.

n

5. Demonstrated ability to think on the feet, to take initiative, exercise sound decision making and to multi-task.

n

6. Proven ability to establish priorities and to manage time wisely

n

7. Enjoys the sales conversion process

n

8. Commercially aggressive and strong negotiator

n

Admission process

n

1. Is responsible to handle all queries related to admissions and is able to convert queries into admissions proactively

n

2. To manage end to end admission process with parents right from guiding them about the school and overall process

n

3. Responsible to handle the admission help desk by answering all phone calls / addressing walk-ins etc.

n

4. Is required to give personal attention and time to each parent by providing the best information and guidance about the school
