WE’RE HIRING | Manager / Senior Manager – Accounts & Controllership

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to lead Accounts & Controllership for a growing Education / EdTech / E-Learning organisation.

n

Location: Bengaluru

n

Experience: 7–10 Years

n

CTC: ₹12–14 LPA

n

Employment Type: Full-Time

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage end-to-end accounting and general ledger .
n
- Own month-end/year-end closing, MIS and financial reporting .
n
- Drive controllership, reconciliations and internal controls .
n
- Manage internal, statutory and tax audits .
n
- Ensure GST, TDS, PF, ESIC and other statutory compliances .
n
- Oversee payroll accounting, AP, AR, collections and vendor payments .
n
- Drive finance processes, SOPs and controls .
n
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and internal stakeholders .
n

Ideal Profile

n

n




- 7–10 years of experience in Accounts, Finance or Controllership.
n
- Mandatory: Experience in Education / EdTech / E-Learning.
n
- Strong hands-on experience in accounting, audit, compliance and financial reporting .
n
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, payroll and statutory compliances .
n
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems .
n
- Robust ownership, analytical ability and attention to detail.
n
