Job Description n
n Take Your Keys Realtors is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager – Real Estate for our Kolkata location. The candidate will be responsible for handling property sales, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets. n

Key Responsibilities n
n• Handle end-to-end sales for residential and commercial real estate projects n
n• Generate and convert leads into successful closures n
n• Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits n
n• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties n
n• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients n
n• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets n
n• Coordinate with Pre-Sales, CRM, and Marketing teams n
n• Build and maintain strong client relationships n
n• Update CRM and maintain sales reports n

Key Skills Required n
n• Strong communication and negotiation skills n
n• Excellent client handling and relationship management abilities n
n• Good understanding of the real estate sales process n




n• Target-oriented and result-driven approach n
n• Proficiency in CRM and MS Excel n

Experience Required n
n• 3–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales n
n• Experience in residential and commercial property sales preferred n
n• Candidates from the Real Estate industry only n

Compensation n
n Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹33,000n
n Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus n

Preferred Profile n
n• Candidates currently working as Sales Executive, Senior Sales Executive, Unit Sales Consultant, or Sales Manager n
n• Strong knowledge of the Kolkata real estate market n
n• Proven track record of achieving sales targets n
