Business Development Executive (BDE) – PSF & VSF

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month + Profit Percentage

United Raw Material Pte. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to support business growth and sales of Polyester Staple Fiber (PSF) and Viscose Staple Fiber (VSF) .

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for PSF and VSF products.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with spinning mills, textile manufacturers, traders, and other industry stakeholders.
n
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
n
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer requirements, demand patterns, and competitor activities.
n
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
n
- Provide customers with relevant product information, pricing, and support.
n
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
n
- Maintain accurate sales reports, client databases, and visit records.
n
- Represent the organization during client meetings,



industry events, and business visits.
n
- Identify opportunities to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
n

Candidate Requirements

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
n
- 1–4 years of experience in business development or sales within the fiber, textile, or raw material industry .
n
- Experience with PSF (Polyester Staple Fiber) and/or VSF (Viscose Staple Fiber) will be preferred.
n
- Positive understanding of the textile and spinning industry.
n
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
n
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of developing new business opportunities.
n
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
n
