About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Marketing Trainee to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals starting their careers in sales, marketing, and business development. You will receive hands-on training while working on lead generation, digital marketing, client communication, and market research.

Key Responsibilities

Sales
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and online research.
- Assist the Business Development team in identifying new business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports.

General
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and design teams.
- Learn about company products, services, and industry trends.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- Perform administrative tasks related to sales and marketing operations.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

- Internship or project experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Canva, Google Workspace, or digital marketing is desirable. Entry-level roles commonly emphasize communication, prospecting, CRM familiarity, market research, and digital marketing fundamentals.
