Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and qualify new Odoo ERP opportunities across target industries.

• Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges and ERP needs.

• Support lead generation, follow-ups, client meetings, and opportunity tracking.

• Build solid relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

• Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Presales & Solution Consulting (A definite plus point)

• Conduct discovery sessions with prospects to understand business processes.

• Map customer requirements to relevant Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory,

Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, POS, Website, and eCommerce.

• Prepare solution presentations, proposals, demos, and commercial documents.

• Coordinate with functional and technical teams for effort estimation and solution design.

• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and customer requirement documents.

• Support proposal preparation including scope, timelines, commercials, and exclusions.





• Work with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover after deal closure.

Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in ERP sales, presales, or business development.

• Good understanding of Odoo ERP and its major business modules.

• Experience in selling or supporting ERP, CRM, accounting, inventory, or business automation

solutions.

• Ability to understand business requirements and explain solutions clearly.

• Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.

• Experience preparing proposals, demos, and sales documentation.

• Ability to coordinate between clients, sales teams, and delivery teams.

• Positive follow-up discipline and ownership of opportunities.

• Odoo certification is good to have.

​Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Odoo partners or ERP implementation companies.

• Exposure to industries such as retail, trading, manufacturing, distribution, real estate, or services.

• Basic understanding of implem
