The Technical Lead for Pega will be responsible for leading technical teams in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Pega applications. The role involves providing technical expertise, guidance, and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects within the Pega platform
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in pega development, including pega rule process commander (prpc) and pegarules process commander (prpc)
2. Strong knowledge of pega application development, configuration, and customization
3. Experience in designing and implementing pega solutions based on business requirements
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
5. Solid communication skills to interact effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders
Other Requirements
Pega Certification(s) such as Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA) or Certified System Architect (CSA) preferred
