Designation: Production Manager

Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead shop-floor operations, drive production efficiency, and ensure adherence to established QA/QC systems and manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee day-to-day shop-floor production operations.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
Lead production teams and optimize manpower, machines, and processes.
Coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance, and other departments.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
Ensure compliance with defined quality and safety standards.

Key Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
Around 15 years of overall experience in Precision Engineering / Automobile Manufacturing.
Experience handling shop-floor operations in a senior position.
Strong understanding of QA/QC systems and manufacturing processes.
Robust leadership, problem-solving, and production management skills.
