Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities: Adaptive Planning Assistant Manager
- Responsible for client deliverables of medium-high complexity work with quality check
- Engage in pre-sales activities, client POCs
- Use Consulting skills, business knowledge, and Workday expertise to elevate and realize success in the client’s Workday journey.
- Engage with Project Manager, Onshore Lead and Clients to understand the Project Scope and manage the workstream
- Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to create high business impact
- Responsible for key deliverables and engage with Managers/Associate Directors to understand the project scope, business requirements and work with onshore and offshore teams to do successful delivery.
- Design and deliver future-ready Workday solutions to help organizations optimize their HR and Finance functions and enhance their employees’ experiences.
Experience & Background
- Qualification should be BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/MBA/MCA.
- 7-9 years of experience in IT
- Professional Experience of at least 3 years in implementing or supporting Workday Adaptive Planning
- Minimum 3+ years of functional financials experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, or other ERP financial management systems.
- 3+ years’ experience with Adaptive Model building and report development tools such as Business Objects, Crystal, and Workday Report Writer
- Should have participated in Plan and Architect phase and must have experience in performing this role, having at least 2 Implementations.
