SecurityBoat Cybersecurity Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager – India to drive revenue growth and expand our cybersecurity business. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise sales, business development, and client relationship management, preferably within the cybersecurity or IT industry.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue targets. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions, and representing SecurityBoat at industry events and conferences.

Candidates with solid communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills, along with experience in cybersecurity solutions such as VAPT, compliance, and CERT-In services, will be highly preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline through both inbound and outbound lead
generation.
- Initiate outreach,



deliver effective sales pitches, and convert potential leads—handling cold,
warm, and hot prospects.
- Oversee the entire sales process, ensuring efficient movement from prospecting through to deal
closure.
- Provide robust post-sale support, focusing on customer satisfaction, cross-selling, and
upselling of SecurityBoat services.
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues to plan and execute effective campaigns that drive new
business.
- Represent SecurityBoat at industry conferences and key events to build your professional
network and promote our brand.
- Lead efforts on CERT-In empanelment and drive regulatory compliance sales for clients across
various sectors.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of direct experience in sales and marketing.
- Direct cyber security sales exposure is especially valued.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
