Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MS Project Administrator / Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Microsoft Project (MS Project). The ideal candidate will support Project Managers by creating accurate, resource-loaded schedules, managing task dependencies, performing critical path analysis, and ensuring projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project (MS Project).
- Create and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
- Define and maintain task dependencies, predecessors, successors, and scheduling relationships.
- Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis and identify schedule risks.
- Establish project baselines and monitor schedule performance.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and overall progress.
- Perform resource planning, allocation, and resource leveling.
- Analyze schedule variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards,



Gantt charts, and executive status reports.
- Monitor project KPIs and schedule performance metrics.
- Maintain project documentation, scheduling records, and change logs.
- Support project risk assessments and change impact analysis.
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices.
- Participate in project review meetings and provide scheduling insights.

Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Project (MS Project).
Excellent understanding of Project Scheduling and Critical Path Method (CPM).
Experience managing:
- Task Dependencies
- Predecessors & Successors
- Milestones
- Constraints
- Project Baselines

Knowledge of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
Resource Planning, Resource Allocation, and Resource Leveling.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365.
