Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation through data-driven advertising campaigns across Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and Instagram. The role involves developing and optimising high-performing ad strategies to support scalable product growth in our data-driven ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram Ads.
- Create and optimize compelling ad campaigns to maximize lead generation, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and budgets.
- Perform A/B testing and continuously monitor campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and implement optimizations.
- Utilize advanced targeting options, audience segmentation, and remarketing techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.




- Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and current advertising features or tools, and provide implementation recommendations.
- Track, analyse, and report on key campaign metrics and KPIs to stakeholders, delivering actionable insights.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to develop engaging ad creatives and high-converting landing pages.
- Stay informed about changes in digital advertising policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 3–5 years in creating and managing successful lead generation campaigns using Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram Ads.
