MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• 10–15+ years of Investment Banking experience with a leading investment bank, boutique advisory firm, Big Four Corporate Finance practice, or transaction advisory platform.
• Proven experience in leading and executing M&A;, private equity fundraising, capital raising, strategic advisory, and corporate finance transactions.
• Demonstrated track record of originating mandates, managing client relationships, and driving business development.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the origination, execution, and successful closure of M&A;, private equity fundraising, strategic advisory, and capital raising mandates.




• Drive business development by identifying opportunities, building relationships with promoters, corporates, private equity funds, venture capital firms, family offices, and strategic investors.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients while converting relationships into advisory mandates.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to founders, promoters, Boards, CXOs, and investors on strategic and financial transactions.
• Oversee the preparation and review of financial models, valuation analyses (DCF, Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions, LBO), transaction structures, and investment recommendations.
• Provide strategic oversight on transaction marketing materials, including Information Memorandums, pitch books, teasers, investor presentations, and management presentations.
