About the Role
Hentech Engineering Solution is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to lead and drive our sales operations. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Manufacturing and Industrial B2B Sales, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets, leading high-performing sales teams, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manufacturing and industrial sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.

Drive B2B sales and close high-value industrial projects and contracts.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business performance reports for management.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.

Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
