We are seeking a talented Staff Software Engineer to join our team and drive our Rail Products to the next level. This role focuses on developing innovative solutions to address and enhance workflows at intermodal/inland rail facilities, optimizing the way cargo moves across rail networks. You will play a key role in shaping the architecture and expanding the functionality of our intermodal rail solutions,
delivering high-impact software that improves efficiency, visibility, and performance for our global rail customers. Responsibilities
- Drive technical direction for key product features and own strategic areas of the codebase end-to-end
- Contribute to and influence architecture, system design, and technology decisions across the product area
- Socialize and champion best practices for coding, testing, and AI-assisted development across multiple teams
- Create recent product features for global customers using test-driven development, setting the standard for quality and scalability
