Product Industrialization
- Support the on-site industrialization of new products from prototype and trial production through release to serial production
- Support active off-take production during product industrialization and production ramp-up
- Act as a technical liaison between Company and off-take supplier
- Collaborate with R&D;, Manufacturing, Quality and the offtake supplier during recent product industrialization activities
- Evaluate production and validation results against the original design intent and propose improvement actions where required
- Coordinate implementation of engineering changes and product modifications during industrialization
- Support production readiness activities and ensure all product-related requirements are fulfilled prior to serial production
- Escalate product-related risks that may impact project timing, product quality or production readiness
- Support R&D; with product RM optimization

Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the tire industry, preferably in Product Development
