Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or equivalent; Master of Science in Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing) is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in nursing management or clinical supervision within a hospital or healthcare facility.
- Proven expertise in Nursing Administration, including staff scheduling, performance management, and resource allocation.
- In-depth knowledge of NABH standards and accreditation processes.
- Robust understanding of infection control protocols, including sterilization, waste management, and outbreak response.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare documentation standards.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain composure during emergencies.
- Valid registration with the State Nursing Council and any additional certifications in clinical leadership or healthcare quality are advantageous.
