Job profile

We are looking for an experienced Electronics Hardware Architect (8 to 12 Years of experience) to lead the design and development of advanced electronic systems for Defence, Aerospace, and Mission-Critical applications. The ideal candidate shall possess solid expertise in Analog Electronics, Mixed-Signal Design, Digital Electronics, Power Electronics, FPGA-based systems, and High-Speed PCB Design, with a proven track record of delivering rugged military-grade hardware. The candidate will own the complete hardware architecture, guide engineering teams, establish design methodologies, ensure compliance with defence standards and drive products from concept through qualification and production.

Job Role and Responsibilities
- Define the overall hardware architecture for complex embedded electronic systems for defence and aerospace applications.




- Lead the complete hardware development lifecycle from system requirements, architecture definition, schematic design, PCB reviews, prototype development, qualification, production support and lifecycle management.
- Work instrumentation amplifiers, Sensor signal conditioning, Active filters, precision ADC/DAC interfaces, Voltage and current measurement circuits, Isolation circuits, Aanalog multiplexing.
- Guide team to design high-performance Mixed-Signal hardware integrating analog front-end circuitry with high-speed digital processing.
- Lead Digital Hardware design using Microcontrollers, Microprocessors, DSPs, FPGA and CPLD.
- Define communication architectures using UART, SPI, I²C, CAN, Ethernet, RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, ARINC-429, MIL-STD-1553, USB and other defence interfaces.
