About the Role

Agility Robotics is scaling its operations and doing it deliberately. As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will be embedded at the intersection of our Program Management Team and our Operations and Supply Chain functions, helping the business understand how work gets done today and what it needs to look like tomorrow.

You will work closely with operations and supply chain teams to analyze processes, surface inefficiencies, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You will be a trusted partner to functional leaders who need someone who can come in, get up to speed quickly, and produce work that holds up.

In the near term,



this means mapping and improving how work happens today within our existing systems. As we transition off our current ERP in the months ahead, that work may also extend to translating improved processes into the current system.

This role is a strong fit for someone with direct experience in operational environments who brings analytical rigor, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently once given a transparent mandate.
