The Finance team, based in India at Mumbai, is looking for an Assistant Manager - Credit Control as part of new position. Join a team of 5 people who believe that developing human potential is the key to the company's performance.

In this role, you will take ownership of the following:
• Collection & Accounts Receivable (AR) Management
➢ Proactively monitor the aging bucket (30/60/90+ days) and drive collections to meet monthly cash
flow targets.
➢ Oversee complex reconciliation workflows for e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa,
Myntra) and large Modern Trade chains,



ensuring marketplace settlement reports match internal
customer ledger entries.
➢ Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain and Sales teams to resolve commercial disputes, price
variances, short-supplies, or return-to-origin (RTO) deductions that hold up payments.
• Credit Risk Management & System Controls (D365 BC)
➢ Establish, maintain, and review customer credit limits and credit terms in Dynamics 365 Business
Central.
➢ Evaluate the creditworthiness of recent distributors, franchise partners, and corporate accounts
using financial statements, credit reports, and market reputation.
➢ Manage the system's credit blocks — reviewing and releasing blocked sales orders based on
payment history, pending clearings, and risk analysis.
➢ Periodically audit customer master data in Business Central to ensure correct GSTINs, shipping
addresses, credit terms, and payment tolerances are maintained.
