Prioritizes products and features by evaluating business value, feasibility, and user needs, ensuring alignment with Oracle's goals and strategies. Engages customers, non-customers, partners and industry analysts to obtain market information and discover opportunities for products. Leads efforts to identify customer needs and market opportunities, guiding teams to develop solutions and validate them. Owns the product development and road mapping processes for multiple products/features, ensuring feature requirements and best practices are met while driving delivery excellence. Acts as an innovation leader within the organization to influence overall strategy and direction of products, driving recent feature development. Ensures alignment through cross-functional collaboration, drives business impact across organizations, and oversees success metrics criteria and performance metrics (e.g., OKRs, KPIs) for multiple products/features. Advocates for customers, anticipates their needs, and prioritizes customer issues throughout the product lifecycle.



Gathers extensive feedback and aligns product capabilities with customers' business goals. Performs go-to-market activities, recruits and supports early adopters, and tracks product adoption metrics to optimize adoption and user satisfaction.
