Essential Competencies/Skills:
- Expertise in preparing Techno-Economic Feasibility Reports (TEFRs) for cement projects.
- Strong understanding of cement manufacturing technology and processes.
- Proficiency in analytical thinking, attention to detail, and data assimilation.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project, and basic AutoCAD.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in multifunctional teams.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the cement industry, consulting, or a functional role in a cement plant.
- Excellent communication skills, with a strong command of spoken and written English.

Qualifications:B.Tech./B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
