Part of the Aditya Birla Capital Limited, Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited (ABHFL) is registered with the National Housing Bank as a housing finance company under the National Housing Bank Act, 1987. The company offers a complete range of housing finance solutions such as home loans, home improvement and home construction loans, balance transfer and top-up loans, loans against property and construction finance. The company acquired its license on 9th July 2014 and has aggressive growth plans.
ABHFLs vision is to become the preferred choice for customers, become the top 3 player in the HFC industry on incremental book growth, and double the book and profit by FY 25.

Key Challenges
Economic Conditions: Economic conditions, regulatory norms, liquidity position, market volatility, investors’ sentiments, competitive market (NBFCs, Banks, Housing Finance players)
Cost management: ensure profitable business with key focus on cost management, evolving the planning & budgeting exercise and the unit economics
Stakeholder Management: Interaction with multiple stakeholders internally being the Functional heads, Senior management at ABC and ABG, at times with partners and alliances if any and required
Market Dynamics: Understanding of complex business requirements, need articulation and solution design/ fitment, market intelligence and strategic planning input basi
