Job Title: Advanced Specialist, Regional Lead / Student Ambassador Program Manager

Overview:
The Pearson Student Ambassador (PSA) Program builds a community of students across APAC / India who champion Pearson on their campuses & online. As Regional Lead, you will be responsible for recruiting, training & mentoring a team of Student Ambassadors, equipping them to deliver on-campus & virtual initiatives that grow Pearson's brand to support our Higher Education monetization goals.
This is a program leadership & advocacy role, not a typical sales role. Success here is about building an engaged, high-performing ambassador community & running a program that consistently delivers. You'll be measured on program outcomes that contribute to regional brand & revenue goals, not on a personal sales number. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales & Customer Success, collaborate regularly with colleagues in the UK timezone.

Higher Education Advocacy Lead (APAC)
- Oversee the Pearson Student Ambassador (PSA) Program within the APAC region.
- In this role,



you will ensure the successful execution of the program, aligning it with local market needs and Pearson's International Higher Education's strategic goal to drive brand awareness & increase monetization to achieve revenue targets.
- This is a agile leadership role where you will guide a team of Student Ambassadors, providing them with the tools and support to succeed.
- PSAs work closely with Pearson teams to deliver on-campus & virtual initiatives. This role requires regular collaboration with colleagues based in the UK timezone, including availability for meetings & working sessions aligned to UK business hours.
