At Hitachi Energy, we are looking for a energetic Team Lead - HR Operations to join our Global HR Services organization and lead Employee Lifecycle Management (ELCM) operations across North America and the Middle East & Africa regions. This role is critical in ensuring seamless delivery of HR operational services while driving excellence in employee experience, data quality, compliance, and process efficiency.
As a people leader, you will manage a team of HR Service Specialists and play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support throughout the employee lifecycle, from hire to retire. You will leverage your expertise in Workday and HR operations to ensure accurate processing of employee transactions, effective stakeholder management, and continuous improvement across global processes.




This is an exciting opportunity to influence HR transformation initiatives, optimize service delivery models, and drive standardization and automation across a global organization. You will work closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, managers, employees, and global HR teams to deliver a consistent and exceptional service experience while maintaining strong governance and compliance standards.
In this role, you will contribute to operational excellence by implementing best practices, enhancing Workday capabilities, and supporting organizational growth through scalable and efficient HR processes. You will also play a critical role in building team capability, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring continuous development of your team members.
