We are seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer to join our team and drive our Rail Products to the next level.
This role focuses on developing innovative solutions to address and enhance workflows at intermodal/inland rail facilities, optimizing the way cargo moves across rail networks. You will play a key role in shaping the architecture and expanding the functionality of our intermodal rail solutions,
delivering high-impact software that improves efficiency, visibility, and performance for our global rail customers. Responsibilities
- Join an Agile team coordinating with a Product Manager, Lead Developer, and QA Lead
- Collaborate with product management, professional services and QA teams to deliver features and functionality
- Create new product features for our global customers using test driven development
- Identify and develop solutions for bug fixes and changes to a range of applications
- Participate in the full development life-cycle from definition and design to product delivery
- Provide first-hand supervision and guidance to software engineers on assigned activities
