THE ROLE

To be a expert performance engineer to define and validate the industry-leading performance of our mission-critical FlashArray portfolio. You will be instrumental in extending our capabilities into the cloud, directly impacting customer adoption and satisfaction by ensuring our products meet the highest benchmarks. This high-visibility role involves close collaboration with Product Management and Solutions Engineering to translate real-world customer needs into engineering goals.

- Define and Drive Benchmarking Strategy: Establish comprehensive, next-generation performance benchmarking requirements and metrics for all FlashArray products across diverse platforms, ensuring we maintain a significant competitive edge in the market.
- Team Execution and Mentorship: Provide technical direction and leadership to a team of highly motivated engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, high-impact performance results.
