Job Description

Years of Experience: 4 to 6 Years

Business Analyst
with AI/GenAI exposure

Core Business
Analysis
- 4–6 years of experience in Business
Analysis, preferably in data, analytics, automation, or AI initiatives.
- Strong requirements gathering,
stakeholder management, process mapping, gap analysis, and business
process improvement skills.
- Experience creating BRDs/FRDs, user
stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases, and functional
documentation.




- Ability to facilitate workshops with
business and technical stakeholders.

AI / GenAI
Experience
- Hands-on exposure to GenAI/LLM-based
solutions, preferably including Agentic AI.
- Understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompt
engineering, AI agents, knowledge bases, and AI workflows.
- Ability to translate business
requirements into AI/Agent use cases and functional workflows.
- Experience defining agent behavior,
business rules, inputs/outputs, exception scenarios, and human-in-the-loop
requirements.
- Understanding of AI response
evaluation, including accuracy, relevance, groundedness, hallucination,
and business acceptance criteria.

Data &
Technical Skills
- Positive understanding of structured and
unstructured data and data-quality concepts.
- Working knowledge of SQL and
ability to perform basic data analysis.
- Understanding of APIs, JSON, system
integrations, and application workflows.
