We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Senior Consultant with solid hands-on expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). The candidate should have experience in implementation, rollout, and AMS support projects, with the ability to optimize manufacturing, production planning, and quality processes across SAP landscapes.
- Lead and support SAP PP/QM implementation, rollout, and AMS support activities.
- Configure and manage SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules based on business requirements.
- Define and maintain production-related master data, including Item Master attributes, production lines,



production sequences, and units per hour.
- Configure Production Planning parameters, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and capacity planning processes.
- Develop and maintain master production schedules, production schedules, and work orders based on customer demand and business requirements.
- Manage production capacity planning, material requirement planning, and production execution processes.
- Configure warehouse picking logic for raw materials and support backflush processing with FIFO-based raw material consumption.
- Monitor and improve production productivity, efficiency, and equipment utilization through data analysis and reporting.
- Configure and support downtime tracking, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and continuous process improvement initiatives.
