Role Overview





We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with specialized expertise in Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud to lead architecture design and implementation for patient services and clinical operations solutions. This role will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and patient-centric architectures that support end-to-end patient journeys�from patient onboarding, benefits verification, and enrollment to therapy orchestration, adherence support, adverse event management, and personalized engagement.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience architecting patient services programs (PSP), hub services, and clinical operations workflows within highly regulated life sciences environments, with working knowledge of GxP, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, and global privacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce implementations leveraging Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud, with deep focus on Patient Services Programs (PSP) and clinical operations.
- Design robust patient data models using the Unified Patient Re
