Key Responsibilities
* Proven experience in leading or mentoring an IT/ops team in a senior or
lead capacity: escalation ownership, task coordination, vendor management, and
the ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders
* Prioritize profiles showing genuine people leadership, not just senior IC
tenure
* Google Workspace administration (expert level) — identity lifecycle,
SSO/SAML federation, MFA and conditional access, security administration
* Hands-on experience with AWS administration — IAM, EC2, S3, VPC; security
baselines, backup/DR, and cost management
* Endpoint & device management — enterprise EDR agent deployment at fleet
scale (CrowdStrike preferred), MDM platforms (Scalefusion/Intune), OS imaging
and patch management
* Scripting, automation & operational discipline — Python, PowerShell, or
Bash with API experience; structured change management, ITSM tooling
(Freshservice or similar), and exposure to ISO 27001/SOC 2 audited environments
Ideal Candidate
* B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Information Technology, Computer Science
or equivalent practical experience
* 5 – 7 years of proven success in systems, cloud, and network
administration, including time in a senior or lead capacity
* Must hold at least one of the following — Google Workspace Administrator
(Skilled), AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions
Architect – Associate, or CCNA.
* Hands-on Google Workspace expertise across identity, SSO, conditional
access, security, and administration with Google Workspace Administrator
(Professional) certification preferred.
