The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and govern enterprise application architectures, reference architectures, and technical standards to support business and technology objectives.
- Develop High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), architecture blueprints, and technical documentation for enterprise applications and platforms.
- Define and enforce coding standards, development of best practices, technical guidelines, and SOPs to ensure solution quality and consistency.
- Create architecture models, workflows,



and system designs using UML and other design and diagramming tools.
- Lead application design reviews and ensure alignment with architecture principles, performance requirements, and technical standards.
- Define application performance metrics, identify performance bottlenecks, and recommend optimization strategies to improve scalability and reliability.
- Provide technical leadership across application development initiatives utilizing Java or .NET technologies, middleware platforms, and modern UI frameworks.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable application solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor teams on application architecture, design methodologies, and software engineering best practices.
